Hydroponics is the process of growing fruits, plants and vegetables without the use of natural soil. It uses technology to generate and sustain plant growth using water and oxygen infusion. Some of these concepts have been argued to not produce as good of quality fruits and vegetables with the same nutrients as the traditional way of growing a garden.
